How far in advance should I book my move?
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks ahead for local moves and 3-4 weeks for long-distance relocations. During peak season (summer months and month-ends), earlier booking helps secure your preferred date.
Do you provide packing materials?
Yes. We supply double-wall cardboard boxes, bubble wrap, packing paper, wardrobe cartons, and specialty crates for fragile items. Materials are included in our full packing service or available for purchase separately.
Are my belongings insured during the move?
Absolutely. Every move includes comprehensive transit insurance that covers all items from the moment we pick them up until delivery at your new address. We also offer extended coverage for high-value items like artwork and pianos.
How do you handle fragile items like pianos or artwork?
Pianos are moved with a specialized piano dolly, heavy-duty straps, and quilted padding. Artwork and mirrors receive custom crating with corner protectors. Our crew is trained specifically in handling high-value and delicate items.
Can you move on weekends or holidays?
Yes. We offer Saturday moves as standard and can arrange Sunday or holiday moves for an additional fee. Weekend moves are especially popular for office relocations where minimizing business disruption is key.
How long does a typical apartment move take?
A 1-bedroom apartment within the same city typically takes 4-6 hours including packing. A 3-bedroom apartment may take a full day. We provide a detailed timeline during your free home survey so there are no surprises.
Do you disassemble and reassemble furniture?
Yes. Our team disassembles wardrobes, beds, desks, and shelving units before the move, keeps all hardware in labelled bags, and reassembles everything at your new home. This service is included in our standard moving package.
Do you offer storage if my new place is not ready?
We have secure, climate-controlled storage facilities available for short or long-term use. Your belongings stay in our custody with full insurance coverage until you are ready for delivery.
How do you calculate moving costs?
We base our quotes on the volume of items, distance between locations, floor access (elevator vs. stairs), and any special handling requirements. After a free home survey, you receive a binding fixed-price quote with no hidden charges.
Can you handle international moves?
Currently we specialize in domestic moves within Turkey. For international relocations, we partner with trusted freight forwarders and can coordinate the full process including customs documentation on your behalf.
