1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide professional moving and relocation services as described on our website. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion. Moving quotes are provided after a home survey and must be approved by the customer before the scheduled move date.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Moves can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or in person. We request at least 72 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled move may incur a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the quoted price.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Turkish Lira (TRY) and are subject to change. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers.

5. Warranty

All items are covered by comprehensive transit insurance during the move. Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Our liability covers the full declared value of your belongings. Pre-existing damage, items packed by the customer without our supervision, and prohibited items (hazardous materials, perishables) are excluded.

6. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure safe handling, our liability is limited to the declared value of items covered by our transit insurance. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or items that were not declared during the home survey.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of SwiftMove Nakliyat and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
